Refund & Exchange Policy – Onyx Signature Creations
At Onyx Signature Creations, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with fair and simple solutions.
Exchanges
Need a different ring size or style? No problem. You may exchange your ring within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains unworn and in original condition.
How to Start an Exchange
Send an email to info@onyxsignaturecreations.co.za with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the ring in its original condition
- Subject line: “Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Specify the new size or design you’d like
Custom Orders
Please note that personalised items are not eligible for exchange, so we kindly ask you to double-check your order before confirming.
Exchange Fee
A R350 processing fee applies, which covers both return and re-shipping.
Once your exchange is approved, we'll provide payment instructions and shipping details. If your original order was a custom piece, we’ll assess possible alternatives based on availability.
Shipping & Processing
After payment confirmation:
- You’ll receive return instructions and courier arrangements.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned ring, we’ll send the replacement within 15-20 working days, as a new ring has to be manufactured.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Onyx Signature Creations rings include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you notice an issue within 3 months, we’ll replace the item at no charge, as long as you provide proof of purchase and a clear image of the fault.
If the exact ring is no longer available, we’ll suggest a comparable design of equal value.
Our goal is to support you every step of the way. However, any abuse or suspected fraud related to exchanges or warranties may result in a voided claim.
