Tracking Details
Courier tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address when placing your order.
Delivery Address Requirements
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the following details:

Full name and phone number of the recipient
Street name and number
Complex/Apartment/Building name and unit number (if applicable)
Suburb and city
Area/postal code

Note: Onyx Signature Creations will not be held liable for delivery errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries & Additional Fees
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable and no prior arrangements were made, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional courier fees required for redelivery.
